From there, we're able to create personalized activities and programs that bring the best out of each resident. We try to incorporate activities that residents enjoy, while also anticipating possible times of struggle or anxiety. It's all part of our specialized Life Engagement program.

We also stimulate different parts of our residents' brains at Autumn Leaves of Stone Oak. This includes not only educational activities and a well-stocked library, but also activities that promote creativity and fond memories, such as singing. And every day, we promote socialization through our programs and during mealtimes.

Available Services

The Autumn Leaves of Stone Oak campus is completely safe and secure, giving our residents and their families much-deserved peace of mind. That security starts in our private and semiprivate apartments, where residents always have access to an emergency call button to reach our 24-hour staff. It continues to our wide hallways and even to our outside areas, which feature secure walking paths, letting our residents move throughout our grounds safely and comfortably.

And our hard-working staff ensures that each resident will remain as safe and secure as possible. Each staff member is specially trained in dementia care, letting them spot any possible warning signs early. And we have licensed memory care nurses on site every day, providing our residents with the best possible care.
