I had a family member who was in the memory care unit for Alzheimer\'s and every time I visited them, I left feeling sad and shocked. While there are a few select staff who genuinely wanting to be there and help the residents, a majority were just plain rude and should not be working with elderly- not nice to residents. The place was also dirty. I do not recommend leaving your family member at this facility, especially for the monthly costs.

I Do Not recommend this facility. My dad resided in the Memory Unit where the staff is untrained, inexperienced and the Management just as bad. He suffered Horrific Injuries while there. Adult Protection investigated, they were cited by Social Services-Licensing for the lack of using basic safety straps when transferring him causing him to suffer life threatening injuries. Stay Away!

I visited Sunrise of Fair Oaks. I was very impressed, the people were really nice, and the facility was wonderful. The woman I spoke to was very knowledgeable, very encouraging, wonderful, and answered all my questions and concerns. I didnt eat any of the food, but it smelled good. The apartment was a good size, smaller than the others Ive seen, but still a decent size, and the amenities were varied.

Sunrise of Fair Oaks was good. The place was clean and I liked what I saw. The staff seemed friendly and the residents were enjoying themselves. They showed me an activity that was taking place on the porch.
