rooms are tiny, phones were not installed in residents rooms, food was very institutional like, frozen types of food etc. no way to contact your loved one. phones at desk not answered. Inability of staff to recognize warning symptoms and signs and/or vital signs not taken. Other non- elderly residents allowed to wander into others rooms. They may have remodeled the rooms but care is minimal. No private bathrooms for resident, shared facilities, no private bathrooms or showers in rooms. May be ok for someone who has no health issues to be monitored by staff and is ok to be alone and/or is capable of self care.

Commonwealth Senior Living at Front Royal was very nice. I saw a one-bedroom and it was adequate. They serve three meals a day. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Commonwealth Senior Living at Front Royal is very clean and well kept, with an understanding group of people working with us to help our parents. The place has a nice setup. They have mountain views and a sun room. The dining area serves very good food three times a day and is run very professionally. My parents have an efficiency room without a kitchen, just a bathroom, a bedroom, and a sitting area. They do games, puzzles, have people come in to play music for them, and tours.
