Our private apartments come in a selection of five spacious layouts. Choose from studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans that come equipped with a full kitchen, window coverings, plush carpeting and in-suite climate control. Parking, cable TV and all utilities except for telephone service are included in the monthly rent.

As part of the Backyard Wildlife Sanctuary Program, our pet-friendly community boasts a lush, park-like setting with a large outdoor courtyard and fountain. We are also home to several lounges, a library, private laundry facility and beauty salon/barbershop.

Available Services

Scheduled transportation for group outings, weekly housekeeping and linen changing are standard services for residents of Cap Sante Court. We also offer complimentary hearing aid and blood pressure screenings. Additional care services, such as personal assistance and medication reminders, can be arranged upon request.

Delicious, home-cooked meals are prepared fresh daily in our community kitchen and served three times a day in our lovely formal dining room. Room service is available for residents unable to join us for seated meals due to short-term illness or injury.
