I have lived at El Dorado for over three years, Others complain about the food and service. However, I can honestly say that El Dorado is a nice place to live, it is clean, always smells nice, we have a chef that cooks amazing food, the staff is wonderful and caring, our Executive Director is so kind and is joyful and caring. I am so glad I live here, admittedly no one is perfect, but there a lot worse places around

Would not be recommending Eldaroda west, medications were not always given, sister returned from hospital , they were there when she returned and no one knew she was back because lack of communication between shifts. Sister is diabetic and they kept giving her desserts and goodies she was not allowed. Two many staff turnovers and our sister was only there for less then three months. There was always residents wondering around looking for someone to help with a issue or to give meds. This place has alot of issues.
