Spacious two-bedroom cottages are available in both freestanding and duplex layouts complete with an attached garage, full kitchen, large living area, walk-in closets, and covered porch. Or you may prefer an apartment in our main building, with a variety of floor plans ranging in size from studios to two bedrooms. Included in your monthly fees are all utilities, groundskeeping, housekeeping, linen service, basic-extended cable, meal service plans, and more.

 Who doesn't need help once in a while? Patriots Landing lets you maintain your highest level of independence with a personalized care plan that you and your family members develop in partnership with our expert staff. Our compassionate caregivers and licensed staff are here to lend a hand 24/7, whether you need a little help getting dressed, bathing, doing household chores, or getting around. This gives you the confidence and support to keep doing the things you love and engage in more of our exciting programs and activities.
 
 
 
 <h4>MEMORY CARE:</h4>
 
 If your loved one is living with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia, our memory care center provides a safe, intimate, and nurturing environment with specialized therapeutic programs and stimulating activities to deliver the highest quality of life. An individual care plan is designed for each resident that identifies personal preferences and choices, along with their health needs. Our dedicated, specially trained staff is available around the clock to assist residents with their daily activities and help meet their physical, emotional, and social needs while respecting their dignity and independence.

Patriots Landing

Memory Care at The Lodges is located in Lacey, WA, between Tacoma and Olympia. Residents are steps away from a city bus stop, providing convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the Lacey Senior Center at Woodland Creek Community Park. 
Memory Care at The Lodges is a memory care community purposefully designed to facilitate interaction between residents. Private and semiprivate rooms are available, and all of the accommodations are less than 20 feet from where activities and dining take place. Care staff, including a licensed nurse, work 24/7 monitoring residents' blood work, managing medications and assisting with daily living tasks, such as dressing, bathing and grooming. The community also has an on-site podiatrist. 
The event calendar at Memory Care at The Lodges features a variety of social and recreational activities such as movies, art sessions and board games. Group walks help everyone stay fit, while Sunday worship services allow residents to express their spirituality. Additional amenities include three daily meals and access to the on-site beauty salon and barbershop.

Snuggled between Tacoma, Puyallup, Graham and Yelm; Aspire Care Adult Family Home is a non-medical Residential Care Facility with a capacity of six residents. licensed by the State of Washington.

The facility is owned by a licensed registered nurse who is within reach either in the facility or by phone 24/7.​We recognize that each resident has individual needs. Our caregivers and support staff set an emphasis on relationships and communication. We are dedicated to delivering the best board and care facility in the neighborhood.
