Located on beautiful Mercer Island, Twilight Adult Family Homes offers assisted living and Alzheimer’s or memory care services in a warm and comfortable care home environment. All of our homes are located in peaceful and quite neighborhoods, and have twenty-four hour caregivers living in-home. Started in 1992, Twilight Adult Family Homes has been providing the highest level of loving and personal care for seniors in a homelike setting where seniors can age with the dignity and respect that they deserve in a family-like environment.

Our homes offer a warm and inviting atmosphere that residents enjoy and love. Residents can take part in regular trips to nearby parks, and live entertainers make regular visits to individual homes to perform. Our home cooked meals are delicious, and we accommodates special diets such as diabetic, low-salt and low-fat. We also offer a variety of additional meal options, such as Indian, Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes. To maximize the services we offer, only six accommodations per home are available.

Available Services

Our talented care home managers are skilled in providing a wide variety of services for our residents. Assistance with medication management, dressing, personal hygiene and other daily tasks is available. We are happy to provide scheduled transportation to medical appointments as needed, and on-site medical visits are available from a variety of medical professionals. Our staff members not only provide services to meet the physical needs of residents, but also their emotional needs through friendly companionship.
