Nestled in the charming waterfront community of Mukilteo, Harbour Pointe Retirement & Assisted Living Community is a vibrant senior living community offering independent and assisted living to seniors in the north Puget Sound region. Centrally located 25 miles north of downtown Seattle, our community offers the perfect blend of historical charm and modern conveniences with easy access to shopping, golf, parks, the public library and the Mukilteo-Clinton Ferry terminal.

Our 107 easily accessible apartment homes come in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans to suit a variety of lifestyles. All of our apartments are leased month-to-month and feature full kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting, cable TV, utilities and an emergency pull cord system.

At Harbour Pointe Retirement, our full-time Activity Coordinator plans a robust schedule of engaging activities. From weekly mystery drives and monthly dining outings to resident clubs and couple-oriented activities, there is always something for everyone to enjoy at our community.

Available Services

To ensure our seniors have everything they need to fully enjoy retirement living, we offer a number of convenient hospitality services. Our restaurant-style dining room serves three hot meals per day while our friendly drivers are ready to drive our convenient shuttle to medical appointments, nearby shops and community events. Weekly housekeeping and linen services are provided. We also offer Salon Services in house.

All of our apartments are licensed to receive assisted living services, so residents can rest assured they will always receive the support and care they need no matter what apartment they choose in the community. Our care team includes full-time licensed nurses who coordinate care services such as medication management, insulin care and assistance with life's daily activities.
