Spacious rooms with large windows, a kitchenette and full bathrooms equipped with safety features are available at Baraboo Assisted Care. The monthly rate covers rent, utilities and a variety of helpful services including housekeeping and laundry service.

Available Services

In the inviting dining room, we feature three home-style meals a day. Throughout the day, snacks and refreshments are available if mealtime is too far away. But meal preparation isn’t the only helpful service we provide for our residents; we also offer scheduled transportation for errands and have an on-site beauty & barber shop.

At Baraboo Assisted Care, we also offer assisted living services. This ensures that our residents can age in place, leading a rich and fulfilling life while we provide laughter and stimulating activities along with personal care service package. We also actively work with families to develop their loved one's care plan.
