Our furnished apartment homes offer an intimate environment that has been specially designed for seniors with limited mobility. Bathrooms are handicap-accessible and homes feature wall-to-wall carpeting, emergency pull cords and hook-ups for telephone and cable TV service.

Residents of KindredHearts of Elkhorn may enjoy a favorite movie or television show on our full-screen TV or warm themselves by the fireplace in our living room during the cool winter months. During warmer weather, we fire up our BBQ on the outside patio for cookouts and encourage our residents to plant their favorite bulbs in our raised gardening beds.

Available Services

To ensure our residents are enjoying their retirement years to the fullest, we take care of the housekeeping, linen changing, laundry service and maintenance. We also serve three home-made meals each day in our full-service dining room with snacks and beverages made available throughout the day.

Each of our seniors receives an individualized service plan based on their personal needs and preferences. Well-trained and awake staff are on site 24 hours a day to provide assistance with life's daily chores such as dressing, grooming, escorting and managing medications. A licensed nurse and physician Medical Director are also on staff to oversee our residents' health.
