Wellington Place at Hartford is a 28-bed CBRF facility located on 6.05 acres of land in the city of Hartford, Wisconsin. Comfortable and roomy with lots of opportunity to socialize or quietly enjoy your lifestyle, with pets or without we promise you will enjoy our home.

Featured Amenities

Residents can choose from the elegant homes we offer that are available in different floor plans. We have studio apartments and companion suites. Each home has its own private bath that is wheelchair accessible, kitchenette, spacious closets and emergency call systems.

Our elegant living room with stunning fireplace is where residents hang out and make new friends. We have a full service beauty salon and barbershop where residents can rejuvenate and get the pampering they deserve.

Available Services

We provide our residents personalized care program to ensure they are receiving the care they need. Our staff are onsite 24 hours a day and provides assistance to our residents. We help residents with medication management, bathing, dressing and incontinence management.

Activities are programmed every day to ensure residents stay active and has opportunities of socialization. We help residents with the housekeeping, laundry and maintenance. We also serve residents nutritious meals three times a day.
