Individual locked mailboxes ensure that residents’ correspondence is secure, and wide entryways allow seniors to easily move from room to room. All floor plans offer kitchenettes, so seniors can enjoy meals and snacks in the comfort of their apartment whenever they please. Smoke alarms/sprinkler systems are also included for safety. With the exception of telephone service, all utilities, including basic cable, are included.

Since our staff members can take on housekeeping tasks including laundry, seniors are free to spend their time practicing hobbies, getting to know their neighbors and socializing with friends and family members. We encourage residents to stay active, whether in our exercise room or by taking advantage of the one-quarter mile path that surrounds the community.
