Here at Milton Senior Living residents can choose from one bedroom, two bedroom and studio apartments. It comes with its own kitchenette complete with a microwave and refrigerator, handicap accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of spacious closet. Residents will always feel at home with the physical amenities, meals served in our spacious dining room and health programs for their wellness and stimulating social activities which can add years to one's life.

We have several common areas for the residents as well as for their family and friends can use. Dining rooms can be reserved at no cost for our resident to held their parties and get-together. Kitchen can be use accordingly but we also offer catering services for a no hassle events. Our facility is one level which means there are no stairs or elevators which is very helpful and safe especially for residents struggling in walking up and down. This is also an advantage in the event there is an emergency case.

Available Services

Aside from our hardworking professionals and well-trained staff we also have round the clock an emergency call system which is just one button away and we placed our pull cords in each bedroom and bathroom for immediate response from our staff on duty. We also maintain our top of the line sprinkler system and smoke detectors.

We also provide laundry, housekeeping and maintenance to allow residents to focus on doing the things they love. We also provide transportation services to take residents on their medical appointment or shopping.
