Heritage Homes

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the edge of Watertown, Wisconsin, Heritage Homes offers independent living to active seniors, aged 55 and better. You will be happy to note that you may age in place here, as we also offer assisted living and memory care, all under one roof.

Heritage Homes is operated by the Lutheran Home Association. With five communities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, we offer a variety of care levels from independent living to assisted living and memory care.

From the tastefully landscaped and decorated common rooms, you'll find a welcoming home at Heritage Homes. Our on-site amenities include a Wellness Center, library, styling salon, outdoor pathways and gardening areas. We also offer an on-site, ordained chaplain, providing worship services.

Independent living residents may select from a variety of floor plan options including both one- and two-bedroom apartment homes that range from 840 to 1144 sq. feet. Each apartment features large walk-in closets, a balcony or covered patio, oak woodwork and a well-appointed kitchen with a self-cleaning oven. If you're worried about the prospect of downsizing, fear not as we also offer storage units to ensure your treasured belongings remain close. All of these features, as well as utilities and services are bundled into your affordable monthly rent.

Available Services

All residents at Heritage Homes benefit from weekly housekeeping and laundry services, while well-balanced restaurant-style meals are served three times daily in assisted living and memory care. Assisted living and memory care apartments also come with eNeighbor remote monitoring technology, increasing resident safety while maintaining individual privacy.

Our goal is to proactively provide care while preserving every residents' dignity and encouraging independence. You can depend on our highly trained staff that is available around the clock to respond to resident needs. On-site therapy and wellness centers allow us to work with our residents and craft a comprehensive care plan to accommodate any resident needs. You'll also be happy to know that on-call nurses are available around-the-clock, 365 days a year as well.
