Our residents enjoys the carefree and luxurious lifestyle where they could make the most of their retirement. Nestled in the heart of historic district of Decatur, City Center Village we boast our gated community that provides comfort and peace of mind to our residents.

Our mission at City Center Village is simple: Our desire and plan is for our residents to be happy and comfortable in their home with us. We want you to live life to the fullest, confident in the knowledge that our caring staff will be here to address whatever needs and concerns may arise.

Featured Amenities

We offer spacious and elegant home to our residents. Available in one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. All unit comes with its own in-suite bathroom, emergency call system, kitchenette, spacious closets, living room and individually controlled air condition. Residents also have their own mailboxes for their privacy.

Residents pamper themselves on our onsite Serenity Salon and Barbershop. We have beautiful living rooms with elegant couches where residents gather and make new memories. Our outdoor swimming room where residents go to exercise and swim. Our garden with beautiful fountains is stunning and encourages residents walk and stretch their muscles.

Available Services

Our community provides luxurious living to our residents. We provide weekly housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and valet parking. We have wellness programs designed to keep our residents healthy in mind, body, heart and soul. Delectable meals are prepared by our executive chef and served to our residents three times a day.

Scheduled activities are prepared daily that provides, enjoyment and keeps residents active. We have medical alert monitoring to ensure residents can get help whenever they need it. We have transportation services that could take residents to their appointments, excursions and road trip adventures.
