Atria Park of Sierra Pointe (formerly Atria Sierra Pointe) is a luxurious, resort-style community situated in a residential neighborhood in North Scottsdale that offers its residents stunning mountain views and kaleidoscopic sunsets. We are within walking distance of the shopping, dining and banking available on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and less than 20 miles from downtown Phoenix.

Our community features spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that have all the features of a home without the responsibility of maintenance. Many of the apartments have the convenience of a washer/dryer and full kitchen and feature a covered patio so you can sit outside and enjoy a sunrise. For added safety, there is an emergency alert system in each apartment.
Available Services
You will look forward to dining in the elegant Pinnacle Restaurant where chef-prepared cuisines are always on the menu. A continental breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner are included in the meal plan, along with brunch on the weekends. Happy hours are held in the Camelback Bistro Lounge, which also features live music throughout the month.

My dad was at Atria Park of Sierra Pointe for a couple of weeks. It seemed really great when he was there. It was an excellent, beautiful place. The staff members were very nice and friendly people. My dad loved the food. They had movies and exercise, and they took people out on trips, so it was very nice.

We visited Atria Park of Sierra Pointe and didn't like it. There was a particular odor in the hall near the apartments, which was a big turn off. The staff was informative, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The room that we saw was nice, and they just finished doing some work on it. They showed us a second one that was occupied and very cluttered and had a stuffy feeling.
