With our numerous amenities and services, you can create a different lifestyle each day at our community. A night of fine dining in the elegant dining room, an alfresco lunch by the pool, or casual dining with friends in the Bistro are all possible. You can spend the morning at the on-site pet park with your dog followed by an afternoon of pampering in the day spa.

Whether you want a cozy studio or a luxurious two-bedroom apartment, at Cardinal Point, you will find a floor plan that fits your lifestyle. Our apartments have either a private patio or balcony and, depending upon the floor plan, may include a kitchen and washer/dryer. Maintenance services, housekeeping and all utilities except for telephone are included in the monthly fee. We also offer a Income Qualified Program for future residents who have a gross income of $32,750 or less.

Available Services

Each day you can enjoy a continental breakfast, followed by joining in the educational, social and recreation programs held around the community. Since you are busy having fun, our on-site concierge can handle any package deliveries or make travel arrangements. For an additional fee, we also offer pet care and personal laundry services.

To provide for your future health care needs, we have an on-site Wellness Center where you can receive periodic health screenings or assessments as needed. Our trained staff also provide assisted living services in the privacy of your home, so you won't have to leave home as your health care needs evolve.
