Established in early 2008, Jean Brooks (UCSD Graduate) and Todd Brooks (Air Force Veteran, US Air Force Academy Graduate) had the desire to develop Assisted Living Homes (Residential Care Homes) and Services for seniors that are a cut above the rest.
