At Blossom Grove Memory Care, residents enjoy an active, engaging lifestyle that promotes wellness and independence. It is our goal to keep our residents linked to resources and opportunities that will fulfill their needs and interests in the Redlands area. Residents have many opportunities to participate in a variety of life-enriching activities and events designed to stimulate the mind, body and soul.
Blossom Grove Memory Care includes a specially designed neighborhood to serve the special needs of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other forms of memory loss. Every day we make it a goal to go above and beyond to enrich the lives of our residents. With our SPARK Lifestyle program, a Montessori-inspired philosophy for care, we create a specialized, life-enriching environment that affords each individual maximum self-expression. The staff is committed to delivering a quality of care that meets the resident's physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.

- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and other self-image enhancements
- Mobility, Escorts and reminders
- Dining and Social or activities assistance

Between my mom being covered with a HORRIFIC rash on her entire trunk of her body and a bed sore, visions I cannot remove from my mind, to getting her to the ER to find her body temp at 86, yes 86....She had sepsis and was in congestive heart failure and died less than 36 hours later. The staff was so surprised she passed, yet when I asked about the rash, bed sore, body temp and their total lack of knowing she was failing, they had no answer. I hope the pictures taken by Kaiser social services get attention by someone who cares. Funny that they had no answers just a deer in the headlight expression, but boy howdy, they were able to tell us we would be charged for each day until we had her room empty..... That explains their priority in a nutshell
