The Stratford is a beautifully designed ten story building in the heart of downtown San Mateo. We offer 65 luxurious condominiums for independent living and assisted living. Our community is ideally located right across the street from San Mateo’s Central Park, and is close to banks and fine shopping. Available Services

A dedicated concierge is available to provide services for special requests or arrangements, take messages and accept packages. Our community is monitored twenty-four hours a day by security staff, and call systems are equipped in each residence. Scheduled transportation services are provided, as are weekly housekeeping and linen services for each condo. Medical supervision is provided by our full-time R.N. and physician.
