On-site staff focuses on gentle interventions to encourage the most rewarding lifestyle – and maximum independence – possible within this secure, welcoming environment.

Cogir of San Rafael offers striking details and home finishes, providing optimum convenience and comfort to meet all residents' needs. Outside of their home, residents can enjoy a stroll through our inner courtyard or lush garden. There is also our and library for quiet moments of reading or gather with friends to play at the fireplace lounge. Table service is offered all day in our dining room along with on-site assistance for dining, hygiene, and dressing.

When our residents want to explore the town, van and car transportation is available. Shop at nearby Northgate Mall, pickup medication at CVS and Walgreens or head to medical appointments at Kaiser Permanente offices. For some added fun, Lagoon Park, Field of Dogs, and China Camp State Park are all fantastic outdoor options.
