Adat Shalom is centrally located in West Hills, CA. Seniors can take advantage of having a variety of leisure options, including quiet walks in Shadow Hill Park, a trip to the AMC Promenade 16 Cinema, or exploring the city shops. Medical services are available at the West Hills Hospital and Medical Center.

Adat Shalom is a memory care facility that works with seniors struggling with Alzheimer's or dementia. Staff supports seniors with dressing, bathing and other daily activities in a calming setting while working to maintain their dignity and independence. The facility accepts patients with diabetes, however, the staff are not certified to provide blood sugar monitoring or insulin injections.

Small pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Complimentary transportation is offered to allow seniors to attend medical appointments or take trips into the city during their leisure time. The common room features a piano for use by seniors who are musically inclined, and for special events or performances. The secure garden offers a pleasant space for residents to relax in the evenings.
