Boasting majestic ocean views from our hilltop vantage point, The Village at Mariner's Point offers area seniors the chance to enjoy independent living, assisted living or memory care in style and comfort. Surrounded by private walking paths and beautifully manicured grounds, residents of our community enjoy a senior living experience punctuated by scenic views and elegant amenities.

The Village at Mariner's Point is a Benchmark Senior Living community. As our name implies, we are committed to setting standards of excellence in senior housing. At Benchmark, it is our mission to provide world-class amenities, innovative programs and personalized services.

Featured Amenities

When looking to get a little exercise, our heated indoor pool is always a great option. A variety of tasty beverages are available at our Seaside Pub, and tasty treats are available around-the-clock at our 24-hour snack bar. Outside, residents can enjoy scenic views of the Long Island Sound while strolling along our community walking paths or sitting in one of our many gazebos. Indoors, our library hosts a wide selection of reading material, and is a great place to relax with a favorite novel.

We offer a range of comfortable apartments in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each comes standard with an individually controlled thermostat, private bathroom and emergency call system for added peace of mind. We are a pet-friendly community, so residents are encouraged to bring along their small dog or cat.

Available Services

As a standard selection of services we provide all residents, apartments at The Village at Mariner's Point receive weekly housekeeping and linen services. Trash removal is also provided daily for all residences. To make life just a little bit easier, we offer scheduled transportation services for personal appointments and to area destinations.

Residents in need of assisted living or memory care services at our community receive assistance that is individually tailored to meet their preferences and needs. Seniors facing the daily challenge of Alzheimer's or dementia take part in our specially designed Harbor Program.
