Our spacious apartments come in a selection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans to suit a variety of lifestyles. All homes are equipped with full kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting, individual climate control and ample storage space. Dramatic city views and private balconies are also available in select homes.

Although we are centrally located just minutes from some of DC's most notable attractions, our community offers a number of on-site amenities including a rooftop pool and patio, resident-managed convenience store, theater room, chapel, creative arts studio and fitness center. We are also home to a fully equipped computer lab, concert hall, library, card and game room.

Available Services

Our on-site Wellness Center helps support a healthy and independent lifestyle by offering residents convenient access to doctors from George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates. For seniors in need of daily support, we also offer 24-hour assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services.

Our City Club Memory Care Neighborhood is designed to not only meet the unique needs of people living with Alzheimer's disease and other memory related disorders, but to enhance their lives. Staffed by licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, we provide 24-hour care to create an atmosphere in which our residents can thrive. Our team of trained professionals has integrated the “Avenues Program” as part of the resident centered, activity focused care that encourages resident and family interaction.
