Description of Presidential Place
At Presidential Place we offer both assisted living and memory care options with a full spectrum of premier services. Located in a beautiful setting close to Washington Park, we offer a number of on-site programs.
Featured Amenities
Our assisted living residents can choose from studio, one-, or two-bedroom floor plans with step-in showers and individually controlled heat and air, and all utilities including basic cable are covered under each resident's monthly rental fee. All accommodations come standard with an emergency call system.
Presidential Place serves delicious meals in our restaurant-style dining room, and residents can also enjoy snacks and beverages throughout the day. Our theater room hosts regular movies showings, and our library is well-stocked with books and puzzles. We also have a beauty and barber shop on-site for easy access.
Available Services
Our residents are provided with regular housekeeping and maintenance services for their accommodations, along with transportation to shopping and health care appointments. Presidential Place has staff on-site twenty-four hours a day to offer assistance.
Should an extra helping hand be needed, residents have access to a variety of supportive services at any time. These can include help with medication management, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and a variety of additional duties associated with daily living.

Everybody was great at Presidential Place and answered all the questions I needed answered. They were friendly and nice to me. The person who gave me the tour was great. The layout and appearance was great and good. The rooms were nice and clean. I was just a little bit concerned about some of the nurses because they were a bit rougher than others. That kind of pushed me back a little because I want someone to take care of my mother-in-law like their own mother. I saw some activities like people watching TV. They were laughing and giggling amongst each other.

The only thing we didn’t like about Presidential Place was all the rooms were on the second floor. We were looking for a one-story where everything was convenient. The staff was very nice, but the place didn’t have what I was looking for. The place was very nice. They had bingo going on when we were there.

Presidential Place is the most suitable for my mom. The size of the apartment is good. They take good care of my mom. She gets three meals a day as well as medication management, which is good. They are providing good service and overall, we are satisfied.
