We absolutely love Augustine Landing. We love everything. The look of it, the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, and the way they do meals. There wasn't anything there that we didn't like. I didn't eat any of the food, but I saw the menus, and they were fantastic. The suites were absolutely beautiful and there's enough room.

Augustine Landing was very good. My son, daughter-in-law, and I enjoyed it. The staff was pleasant, professional, and answered questions I hadn't even thought to ask. I enjoyed meeting them, and it seemed that they had a way to make sure they knew all current residents by name. There was a bit of a situation with one of the residents who was maybe feeling a little more depressed than most people would expect, and they handled it very professionally. The only reason we knew about it was because we happened to be in the office when another guest came in, and spoke to Paul, the gentleman who took us on the tour. We really liked the facility, and the feel of the place. The residents spoke to us, and they didn't go out of their way to be super chummy, but they were very pleasant. They reached out without a lot of prompting or anything. They enjoyed where they were. The rooms and apartments were a very good size. They had one studio apartment that had more square footage than a one-bedroom that was right around the corner from it. I think that studio was actually $120 more a month than the one-bedroom, but both of them were lovely. They had balconies so you have at least a little bit of an outdoor area. One drawback was there wasn't a pool.

Augustine Landing was terrific, great, and it's a beautiful place. The staff members answered every question I had written down and took their time with me. They have about anything you can imagine. I've talked to a few people there and they were quite content.

My sister was in Augustine Landing for more than a year. It's ageing but nicely laid out. They're very caring. The food was average, and the dining area was nice. They offered a lot of activities, like bingo, arts, crafts, drawing, exercise, and group shopping.

Augustine Landing is our second choice and meets everything that we need. The person who was introducing us and giving us the tour was ready and very nice. They set up the whole tour, had all the information, were really listening as to what our needs were, and followed up with us since. The place was not as big as the first location, but they did have a lot more activities. We got there close to lunchtime when a lot of the residents were out eating and had different things going on. Everybody, including the residents, was talking and being nice to us. There was nice feedback from the residents.

Our visit with Augustine Landing was good. The only problem was they did not have a room small enough. They had a one-bedroom that was too big and did not offer studios. However, that one was very nice from what we could see. There was a man who assisted us who was very good. The place was very nice. We looked at a beautiful two-bedroom unit. The people were very friendly, and all of the residents looked like they were happy. They also had a nice, homey atmosphere.

The tour at Augustine Landing was fine, but we didn't think it was for us. There was no place to park your car, and there were limited facilities. The staff was very nice, took us around, and showed us what they had. The dining area was just a big room with tables, nothing special. There were people playing cards and checkers, but mostly they were just sitting around, and that was depressing.
