The Contemporary is an all-inclusive rental community. The flexibility a senior rental community offers is, quite simply, freeing. At The Contemporary, there is no buy-in. You stay in control of your assets, and you can pick up and move any time (though we're sure you won't want to). Our lifestyle is attainable and affordable when you factor in everything that's included. Our monthly rent not only includes an unbeatable senior lifestyle; it covers everything you no longer feel like doing (think cooking, cleaning and repairs). It covers pampering amenities and convenient services that support your wants and needs. It includes a busy social life that keeps you active, engaged and independent.
