The Willows was very nice. They have a barber shop, beauty salons, pool tables, card rooms, a library, and a theater. They have a nurse on staff 24/7.

Steeplechase Retirement Residence was an older facility, but it was still very good and well-maintained. They had some openings and a TV for people to watch which was very good. The dining area was excellent. The rooms looked very nice. The person who toured me was very good and helpful.

At Carriage House you have to be there at 8:30 for breakfast, and that I don't like, but it was extremely clean, everyone was very pleasant, and the food was very good. The exercise room was great. They have a nice library. It's a beautiful facility.

The Willows was a newer, two-story place and cost a lot to live there. They had a theater and game tables. The couple of people I met were really nice. Everybody looked like they were having a good time. It was a very nice place with bigger rooms and nice showers. The rooms had bedrooms, sitting rooms, and kitchenettes. They had a lot of amenities.

My neighbors have settled into The Willows. They moved in there last July. It's very good. We are well satisfied with it. My neighbors like it too. They're in an apartment, which is very nice. It's a 2-bedroom-2-bath, and it's 900 square-feet. They have three meals a day down in the dining room. Food is excellent. They also have a movie theater, an exercise room, and a beauty salon. They have card games, pool tables, and crafts of all kinds. Activities are fantastic. This place is highly recommended.

I'm interested in The Willows. It's located properly, the pricing is good, and it's a very nice facility. They have a Parkinson's group that meets there once a month and have an all-around good variety of activities. Their dining room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., which is very attractive to me, so you don't have to have breakfast or lunch at a certain time. You can eat whenever you want to. The staff was very nice. They also have transportation available.
