Clare Bridge Daily Path is a specialized program built around maintaining structure in each day, while still offering the mental and physical stimulation that our residents require for optimal health. Our unique dining program, which offers heart-healthy and low-sodium meals, is recognized as “Best of the Best” in the senior living industry. It has been designed to help residents successfully enjoy their dining experiences.

Other services offered at Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard include on-call nurses who are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, as well as assistance with daily needs such as bathing and dressing. We also offer continence management and ambulation and escort services around our facility.
