Stretched across 10-acres of beautiful property, we are proud to offer a vast array of person-centered services and amenities that encourage residents to maintain the independent lifestyle they are accustomed to and promote their overall health and wellness.

In addition to our assisted living and memory care services, the on-site amenities at Oaks at Oakland Plantation provide residents with an opportunity to lead an independent lifestyle as well as socialize with peers and other members of the community.
