Salmon Creek Gracious Retirement Living

Salmon Creek is excellent. They have libraries, exercise rooms, games, outings, and somebody takes you to your appointments. My mom's apartment is bigger than the one she had, and the price is less. They have excellent food. They have a standard menu that they serve at each meal, you have a choice of two main dishes for supper or dinner, and you have your choice continually of soups or sandwiches if you choose not to have the hot meals that they're serving. They also have the typical cookies, fruit bowl, and tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. I chose this place because I personally liked the area, it has good medical care, and they respond quickly. They have a clinic outside that these people can go to. The staff seem very polite and helpful. The parking isn't the best though.

My sister moved into Salmon Creek and it's been great. They did everything she needed. She has a one-bedroom apartment and she has her own furniture, a refrigerator, and a sink. They have all kinds of activities. She has three meals a day and she has housekeeping and any kind of care that she needs. They have a library that she uses. The food is great and she's happy with it. It's a lovely facility.

My friend has moved into Salmon Creek. It's well cared for. The staff members seem competent, very available, and there's a sufficient amount of them. I was watching as he went to lunch and they had him placed at a table with other people that he knows with similar interests. The food looks good. They have breakfast and choices for lunch and at night they have soup and sandwiches. They're doing their very best to accommodate the residents. They also have dessert. It's clean and well lit. They have activities, but he's limited, and they do things like go down the river or take boat trips. They don't have things like dances, which he would enjoy and do better at. The staff is very cordial. Generally, the activities are satisfactory, except for people who have special needs. That could be improved.

I was interested in Salmon Creek. It was excellent, I liked it, it was very lovely, and very much upgraded. It's newer. I will probably stay for a week or two there and see how it is. The staff was wonderful.

They were all very nice, open, and showed us around Vista Montana. We can always eat in the dining room whenever we visit. The food was very good. They have game rooms, exercise rooms, and a place where they can watch television and play cards. The staff was very friendly.
