St. Joseph Village of Chicago is one of several communities managed by Franciscan Communities, a division of Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Services Corporation. Since their founding of Chicago's first Catholic nursing home in 1894, the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago has built a legacy of providing quality healthcare services.

The library plays host to book and garden club meetings, and arts and crafts are a favorite activity held in the activity center. For those who love to chat, the deli is always open for drop ins. Available Services

We handle all of life's responsibilities, from housekeeping to dining, for our residents. Every day in the community dining room, our talented culinary team serves delicious meals. Weekly housekeeping keeps the apartments spic and span, while personal and linen service means drawers always have clean clothes. We also provide scheduled transportation and daily trash removal.

For residents requiring assisted living services, we offer three care packages so the level of assistance can be customized. Medication management may also be included as needed. Memory care includes assistance with activities of daily living along with the specialized care and activities which Alzheimer's or dementia requires.
