I visited this facilityReview of Ascension Living Casa Scalabrini Village

Presence Casa San Carlo Retirement Community was very nice. I considered moving there. I have friends that live there and it's not too far from my current home, so my activities would be around and I would be able to continue doing what I do. The apartments were very nice. A couple from my church live there, and their two-bedroom apartment was very impressive. The staff was very nice and very good. The dining area was very nice. The meals I had were very good. The chef did wonderful cooking. They had quite a few activities, and we went to the activity rooms and saw them. It's a little bit older facility, but they had everything.

My mother moved into the nursing home of Villa Scalabrini Nsg & Rehab. So far, they've been excellent. They informed us about what's going on in there, and she seems to be safe and comfortable. It's very nice, they take very good care of the place, she's familiar with some of the staff already, and it has excellent care. They're very highly recommended. They have a craft room, they have bingo, they celebrate birthdays, and it's very much a community.
