Located in scenic and historic New Castle, Addison Place has shopping and recreation just moments away. For our residents who are wildlife lovers, there is a 40-acre wildlife sanctuary to explore, along with other parks to visit or a baseball game to watch. The city boasts of civic organizations, such as the Elks Lodge and the Henry County Arts Association and Art Park, for residents wanting to remain active in the community.

Our apartments are designed with our residents' independence and safety in mind. The studio or one-bedroom floor plans include a kitchenette and microwave. Safety bars are placed in the shower, and an emergency call system is in the bedroom and bathroom. Residents may be permitted to bring their beloved pet after an assessment.

We strive to create a sense of community amongst our residents by providing lounges, an activity room and common areas to encourage socializing and games. Our Meaningful Pursuits program ensures our residents remain active and can develop meaningful relationships. Socializing continues over mealtime, as our meals feature restaurant-style dining.

Available Services

We cover the maintenance and utilities of the apartments, along with housekeeping and laundry service. Our residents' families are welcome to visit, as we provide guest accommodations. Residents also enjoy the convenience of an on-site beauty and barber salon. Transportation isn't a worry since we make the arrangements to activities and appointments.

Our residents' quality of life is important to us, which is why we have a full-time registered nurse on-call twenty-four hours a day. Assistance with all of life's daily activities, whether bathing, eating, or grooming, is provided as needed, enabling our residents to live with dignity and independence.
