Residents of our community enjoy all the amenities found in a private home, plus the advantage of twenty-four hour staff members on-site and a variety of social programs throughout the week.

Seniors at our community enjoy their stay in either a studio or one-bedroom apartment. Accommodations are offered in both private and shared arrangements, and each apartment equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom with safety grab bars and window treatments. An emergency call system is also included with all accommodations and is monitored around the clock.

Delicious meals are prepared fresh and served three times a day in our restaurant-style dining room. Here, residents select the dish of their choice from a variety of menu options that have been designed by a registered dietitian. When not enjoying a tasty meal or relaxing in their accommodations, residents can often be found socializing in one of the community lounge areas or participating in community events.

Available Services

As a part of the standard services we provide residents at Floyd Place, all accommodations receive weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Residents also have convenient access to on-site salon and barber services, as well as scheduled transportation to off-site events and activities.

Should an extra helping hand be required, caregivers are available twenty-four hours a day to assist with life's daily activities. This might include help with dressing, personal hygiene, medication management and mobility.
