Park West Plaza

We really liked Park West Plaza. It's very clean and friendly. The staff was very forthcoming with any information or questions and very willing to help any way they could. They had crafts, tours, outings, and different ways to engage the residents together. They had a cafeteria, transportation, TV, and internet. The place was very clean, well-kept, and modern.

We went to Park West Plaza. The room we saw was very nice. It was probably our first choice from the ones that we looked at, but they did not have a 2-bedroom available. They were wonderful. They explained everything to us and took us everywhere. They were very professional and familiar at the same time. It was a good experience. There were a couple of courtyards that people could go out in, a puzzle room, a dining room, and a really nice snack area that has snacks all the time. There's an activities room where they do all their activities. They offered us meal, but we didn't have the time.

We were impressed with Park West Plaza, it all seemed new, attractive, and it was very well-organized. The lady that took us around showed us some model rooms. She answered all our questions, and explained anything we brought up. You can buy meals, they had very nice dining rooms, and it looked like a very active community. The have different levels of care there. They also have physical therapy.

Park West Plaza was beautiful. People were very friendly and nice. The rooms were a lot bigger than I thought they would be. They had a really nice outside area with a pond and lots of trees. They would let you smoke outside. They had a room where they did games and puzzles and had exercise groups.

My mother-in-law is living in Park West Plaza. We liked the layout of it. We visited with the staff which we appreciated, and it just seemed like a place that she could be involved in. She fell in love with it and said she doesn't want to look anywhere else. My mother-in-law participates in the exercises at 9:30 in the morning. She loves to sing, likes to go on the outings, and loves to play bingo. They always have something going on for anybody who wants to participate. They have three good meals a day. Housekeeping empties my mother-in-law's trash every single afternoon, and if she has an accident, they come in and clean between the times to clean every week. Everybody has been very friendly to her. The food is above average and it's good.

My visit to Park West Plaza was good and positive. It seemed like a nice facility. The young lady who showed us around was very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered our questions and did a good job.
