My mom is very happy at Hartland Hills. We were going to put her in another facility, but then they had a COVID outbreak, so we had to go to Hartland Hills, and it's one of our choices. The facility is more open. They allowed us to visit and take care of her pills, her laundry, and things like that; otherwise, we would have to pay for it. They have lots of nice, elegant furniture, which appeals to the residents. They have lots of activities like cards, bingo, movie nights, exercises, and Wii Bowling. The meals are delivered for now. They are just very nice to their residents. The apartment she's in is very spacious and comfortable, too.

I chose Hartland Hills for my mother because it feels very much like independent living, and although she needs some help, she is of the mindset that she doesn't want to be put in a "home." Her apartment is very nice, spacious, and has nice views from the windows. She has somebody checking on her two times a day, and she knows where she can go if she needs help. Talking with the team there, I felt like everybody would go the extra mile to see what she needed and to make themselves available so that she could feel comfortable. I know that everybody is aware of what her condition is and that they'll try to work with her. The meals are provided, and the menu is a little bit basic compared to other places I saw. Her apartment is a five out of five, but the common areas, the little bit of exercise equipment that they have there, and the decor is a three out of five; it's a little dated.

Hartland Hills is a place I would recommend. For my mother, it's perfect. It's very homey, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff has been friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. The dining area is lovely, bright, and well-attended. My mom is vegetarian, and even when they're not strictly vegetarian meals, there are certainly enough options that she is pleased with. They bring in live entertainment for music which my mom really enjoys. They have art, celebrate special occasions and holidays, cards, and Wii bowling, so there's something going on all the time and a lot of social interaction. They're not perfect, but they're very good. I love the layout. The place is a little older, but the cleanliness is good.

I love it here in Hartland Hills. I don't want to be removed. The reason why I picked this place is because of the price, simple as that. I'm independent, but I do not do any cooking or cleaning. They have all kinds of stuff, we play cards and bingo, go on trips, and go shopping on their bus. We have the most fabulous chef in the world, she cooks like a whiz. They have a menu for every meal, and the servers come around and ask you what you want. They have three or four choices every meal and you pick what you want. I even think things I don't usually like are good. They also make the greatest coffee. I was never a coffee-drinker until I got here, and their coffee is really good. The dining area is like a restaurant. They have a bunch of tables for four people, and you don't have to sit with anybody, or you can sit with people if you want to. The staff is absolutely wonderful, there's not a grumpy one here, and everyone wear smiles all the time. It only took them three days to figure out exactly what I wanted for lunch. I like salad, and they know exactly how to fix it whether we're having it or not. I always have one. They remember what kind of dressing I want with it, and they remember what I like having with it. I don't have to ask for anything, they just know, and I think that's wonderful. If I die tomorrow, I'd die happy. I have a 1-bedroom apartment with all my own furniture and things. It's great here, and it's more than beautiful. They have an exercise room, a library, a TV room, a pool table, even a beauty salon, a chapel, and bible study. I can't imagine going anywhere else. It has everything I need. It's absolutely heaven on earth. I've got hardwood floors, a microwave, my coffee, and my refrigerator. I've got a little teeny tiny kitchen.

I like the age variety, facilities, and the close proximity of Hartland Hills to parks. The community around is all condos and startup housing, I didn't see much relation between the community and outside because there's an age difference. The staff was very accommodating, they showed us around the facilities and provided us with dinner. It was amazing how good it was during the Saturday dinner when everyone was eating, there's variety and you can pick as you wanted. They have several game rooms, gym, exercise programs, TV rooms and so on.

The apartment at Hartland Hills was very nice. It was very well laid out for an elderly person to get around. They have activities and they have people come in and speak to the residents, they watch movies, and there are excursions on different occasions.

I went to Hartland Hills. They actually let me come in and look at their facility. It's an older facility, the food was good, but I would not move my mother in that facility. The administrator was very kind, she was very good, but I went into the rooms, the carpet was old, and the layout was old. They had a nice dining area, they had private rooms but it was average; it wasn't out of the ordinary or anything. There were other people that have lived there for years.

My mother is in Hartland Hills. Everything seems to be going pretty well. Everybody is friendly. They seem to care about the people that live there. They have bingo. She doesn't have issues with the food. They're a little bit understaffed at times, but they're OK.

We went to Hartland Hills. The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments were way down a very long hall that we'd have to walk to get to the dining room. My husband is on a walker and it would take him forever to get there. It's a really nice place, and the dining area was very nice, but that would be the biggest drawback. The people that run it were very accommodating and very nice. They had very good activities that I could have joined. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating, and very nice as well.

My visit at Hartland Hills was fine. It's a good place and seems pretty nice. The rooms they showed me were good. It's a big place with a big dining room. The person who showed me around was the manager or sales person for the place. She was nice. It was a pretty nice place, and more like an apartment complex with some assisted living. She was pretty easy-going.

My mother moved into the independent living level of Hartland Hills. It's the friendliest place that I've ever seen; this is the best one. The staff was very helpful and efficient. She has a 1-bedroom apartment with a living room, bedroom, and bath. They also have studios available. They have bingo, cards and crafts, they also have a library, and an exercise room. The people were up talking and even talked to me.

Hartland Hills was very nice and very accessible. There was plenty of room to get out and walk around. The staff was very nice. The meal plan would depend on the level of care.

Hartland Hills is a very nice place overall, but the one-bedroom apartment that we saw wouldn't work for us. It was on the upper floor and looked really dated. All of the staff members were excellent, really nice, and helpful. The entrance lobby was very nice; several people congregated and were talking there.

I liked Hartland Hills. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The atmosphere was appropriate. They were playing a couple of games and planning a tour to go somewhere. They fixed us a to-go box on our way out.
