Sunrise of Louisville, located in Louisville's scenic East End just a few miles from the banks of the Ohio River, provides first-class personal care services and cutting-edge memory care. Our warm atmosphere provides a safe and comfortable setting that enables seniors to live as independently as possible. We are the only “Designated Care Manager” program in Louisville, where every resident receives assistance and medication administration provided by the same team member each shift. Life in our community is maintenance and hassle-free with residents receiving weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Three delicious meals are served daily in our elegant community dining room.

No two people are alike, so we provide personal, individualized attention and services to all residents. They can rely on our assistance as much as needed, and caring staff are available around the clock to assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and medication coordination.

We also offer individualized care in our secured Reminiscence Neighborhood, designed for seniors with mild or more advanced Alzheimer's and other forms of memory loss.
