Description of The Windsor Senior Living Community
For more than 17 years, the Windsor Senior Living Community has offered some of the most upscale accommodations in town. We offer both independent living and assisted living services, which means you won't have to move when you need supportive services. Aside from our many on-site amenities and services, residents at our community enjoy convenient access to area attractions and services, such as the nearby Northlake Shopping Center, the Beau Chene Country Club and places of worship.
Windsor Senior Living Community is a family-owned and operated senior living community. Since our opening in 1998, we have built a reputation of being the preferred choice for seniors and their families because of family-like atmosphere and dedication to providing first-class services.
Featured Amenities
At our community you will find spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Accommodations feature individually controlled heating and cooling systems, wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings and private bathroom and kitchens. Our apartments have many safety features including an emergency call system. Complimentary laundry facilities are also conveniently located throughout the community for you to use.
A variety of events are held each month; in fact our activity directory is often referred to as a cruise ship director since she strives to keep everyone active and having fun. Programs might include casino trips, movie nights, weekly happy hours and sporting events. We have a wonderful art program and even live entertainment.
Available Services
In our dining room, you will dine on delicious meals in a restaurant-style setting. Each morning you can select from a variety of options from our continental breakfast buffet. Our award-winning chef prepares fresh, seasonal entrées daily and is happy to incorporate personal tastes and favorite recipes into the menu.
Additional services we also provide include weekly housekeeping and scheduled transportation. There is also an on-site beauty salon to save you a trip into town. When it comes time to need supportive services, we offer added peace of mind through 24-hour staffing. This means that no matter the hour, someone is available to lend a helping hand as needed. Such services might include assistance with dressing, medication management, personal hygiene and other activities of daily living.
