Corcoran House

Housed within a renovated historic schoolhouse, Corcoran House is an affordable assisted living apartment community. We are centrally located in the heart of town across the street from Central Park near Town Hall, the public library, museums, shopping centers, hospitals and more.

Featured Amenities

Our 42 apartment homes feature full bathrooms, in-suite climate control, plush carpeting and modern kitchenettes with a microwave, sink, small freezer/fridge and cabinets. All utilities, with the exception of telephone and cable TV service, are included in the monthly rent.

When not relaxing in their private homes, residents can be found visiting with friends in our cozy living room, sharing a favorite recipe in our country kitchen or playing games in our library. We also organize a full schedule of fun social, cultural and fitness events and activities.

Available Services

At Corcoran House, our staff is available 24 hours a day to provide up to 60 minutes per day of assistance with life's daily activities. This includes help with bathing, grooming, handling self-administered medications and more.

In addition, we provide weekly housekeeping, laundering of linens and towels, transportation to local destinations and maintenance services. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are also served daily in our restaurant-style dining room.
