Every day, Independence Village of Waterstone's community dining room is filled with the delicious smells of savory meals prepared by our chef. As part of the affordable monthly fee, residents enjoy 30 meals each month and a continental breakfast served in the café. This fee also includes bi-weekly housekeeping, weekly flat linen service and scheduled transportation.

For peace of mind, we have 24-hour courtesy staff on site for when a helping hand is needed, and a courtesy call system is found in each apartment. When residents require assistance with activities of daily living, which include dressing, grooming or bathing, they can request these services from independent caregivers.
