This brand new Community, located on 11 acres with 658 feet of frontage on West Maple Road, the two-story, 90,000-square-foot senior living community will accommodate 102 assisted living and memory care apartments with studio, one- and two-bedroom options.

Residents will enjoy the convenience of having a beauty salon, an exercise room, therapy space, a movie theater, a chapel, large common areas, and two elegant dining rooms only steps from their apartment door. Provision Living at West Bloomfield is conveniently located, with access to upscale shopping at several high-end boutiques and choice dining at one of the several restaurants situated close by.

Our Services:

In addition to our purposefully designed private apartments, Provision Living's amenities include restaurant-style dining with three delicious meals daily; weekly apartment housekeeping; weekly linen and laundry services; trained staff on-site 24 hours each day; assistance with daily life tasks such as dressing, bathing, and mobility; medication management and administration; and social events and activities for individuals and groups.

Our team of care partners focuses on delivering great service and care to our residents. To accomplish this, we purposefully avoid complex point systems and care level programs that create a distraction and produce a culture that identifies elders with daily care tasks. There are no long-term leasing commitments and no restrictive buy-in fees required to live at this community.
