From the smiling faces of our many wonderful residents, you can tell that Brookdale Florham Park (formerly Wynwood of Florham Park) is a friendly, cheerful senior community. This small suburban borough, located roughly 30 miles west of New York City, provides a wonderful setting for our personalized assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care options. We've taken care of all of the details to make life comfortable and stimulating, from our life enrichment programming to the caring professional staff who serve our residents with compassion.

The beautiful Tudor architecture, sweeping lobby staircase and well-appointed interiors may look like fine resort living, yet our intimate, two-story building was specially designed to better accommodate those with limited mobility. Residents appreciate the many light-filled public areas and comfortable spaces ideal for socializing, entertaining or dining.
On any given day, you might find residents knitting together in the tea room, tending the community garden in the sunshine or enjoying some spirited competition playing bingo, black jack or Wii bowling in the activity room.
Our private apartments are available in a variety of styles and sizes. Bright and spacious, they include cozy wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings and emergency call systems.
Available Services
Residents live maintenance-free with housekeeping and laundry service, and transportation is available for scheduled appointments and group outings. Our trained staff are available 24 hours a day to provide support for medication and assistance with the tasks of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and dining.
We offer a resident-centered program designed to meet the specific needs of those with various levels of memory loss, providing daily structure to help maintain abilities and encourage the use of their remaining skills.

We visited Brookdale Florham Park. It was fine but it was a little large for my mother. Other than that, the people were very friendly. They showed us everything. It was just too expensive for her. The apartments were adequate. They had bingo, trivia games, art lessons, and sing-a-long. They help you book doctor's appointments and follow-up appointments. The staff who toured us was very nice and informative. The place looked fine. Cleanliness was fine.

Brookdale Florham Park was a very nice facility and the people there were nice. It just was not the right setting for my mother. The service was good, it just didn't work. She participated in very few activities, but she didn't care for them, which was was part of the issue. She didn't feel there was enough to do there. The pricing was comparable to other facilities in the area, we just didn't have a good experience.
