The care I received at Safire was excellent, 10- out of -10. The nursing and physical thearpy staff, went beyond the call of duty & they gave 100% I was very satisfied......I did tell all my family about the care I received at Safire. . They also met nurses and were very pleased. My husband is still a patient at Safire, I'm happy he's receiving good care with his PT Nick. Pleasee keep your terrific stall........... Meals were delicilous, great cup of coffee too.....

My father went in 2021 of November from a brain bleed injury. Staff is terrible I asked for mats or restraints as my father cannot walk and is fall risk thsts how he ended up here. He fell again at the facility they lied and said he got out of bed and was sitting in floor had head injury they didn’t even call ambulance his blood sugar was very low deadly I had to go there and call ambulance myself long story short he died firm this injury
