At Brookdale Niagara II (formerly Clare Bridge of Niagara), we promise to provide the highest quality care and service to seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. We follow through on this promise with our Daily Moments of Success program. Creating a gentle flow to the day, we begin each morning with mental exercises intended to stimulate the memory center of the brain. We follow with light physical activity to keep the body active. Included throughout the day are social activities meant to increase a resident's sense of belonging within our community.

Professional caregivers are available day and night to offer personal assistance with tasks such as bathing, clothing selection, basic hygiene and other daily living activities.

To ensure our residents always enjoy a hospitable environment, our housekeeping staff provide regular cleaning of personal residences, changing of towels and linens, and laundering of personal items.
