At Brookdale Clinton II (formerly Clare Bridge of Clinton), we create personal care plans centered around our unique Daily Moments of Success program. Our library is stocked full of books for reading and our on-site beauty salon keeps residents look their best. We also boast an enclosed outdoor courtyard and gardens for our residents to enjoy some fresh air.

Available Services

The trained staff at Brookdale Clinton II are available 24 hours a day for the safety and service of our residents. We provide in-home laundry services, housekeeping, ambulation assistance and room service to residents.

Our well-stocked kitchen prepares three nutritious meals a day and snacks are available between meals. We also provide escorts for residents who need to leave the premises and medication support to help seniors remember to take their medication.
