Conveniently located outside of downtown Statesville near two shopping centers, the Statesville Country Club and just down the street from Davis Regional Medical Center, Brookdale Peachtree II (formerly known as Clare Bridge of Statesville) is a unique senior living community providing specialized memory care services to North Carolina seniors struggling with Alzheimer's Disease and other types of dementia.

The environment at Brookdale Peachtree II was designed with the specific goal of meeting the needs of those with memory loss. We strive to offer an environment as similar to home as possible, incorporating subtle way finding cues and circular hallways to help our residents navigate. Our exterior doors also feature alarms for the safety and security of our residents.

Our grounds feature an enclosed outdoor courtyard and gardening areas with raised plant and flower beds. The dining room provides three healthy meals per day served by trained staff. We also have a family room with plenty of space to entertain family and friends.

Available Services

We believe in the promise of our Daily Moments of Success program. With this program, we create and maintain daily routines for our residents. The structure and routine helps the resident feel more comfortable and targets the special needs of those challenged by Alzheimer's and dementia.

For added comfort and convenience, we provide housekeeping and laundry services to our residents. Transportation staff are available to provide door-to-door service for medical appointments. In addition, we can offer ambulation and escort services around the building for mobility impaired residents.
