Kingsbury Place has a variety of apartment floor plans that residents can choose from to create their desired living arrangements: a studio with a deluxe or premium option, and a one-bedroom with a premium option. We offer both companion and private living options, allowing residents the choice of living alone or with a spouse or friend. All the apartments have a kitchenette, an emergency call system and built-in safety grab bars in the bathroom.

Three times a day, the community dining room is filled with the scent of home-cooked meals and the dining menu offers familiar, delicious comfort food. With meals served restaurant style, residents feel like they are dining out every day. Other services that make life a bit easier for our residents include weekly housekeeping and laundry service, maintenance services and scheduled transportation for errands and outings.

To support our residents' independence, the staff at Kingsbury Place offer assistance with life's daily activities such as walking, medication management and dressing as needed. This assistance is delivered in a respectful manner and is tailored to each resident's needs. We also coordinate with a resident's physician and family to ensure the correct care is being delivered.
