New residents can choose from studio and one-bedroom floor plans when joining our community, and the features of wall-to-wall carpeting, oak kitchen cabinets and a kitchenette make it feel like home. Our community is pet-friendly, so we encourage residents to move in with their furry friend too.

When our residents step outside their apartments in the morning, they have many options for how to fill their day. After having breakfast in the community dining room, there are gardening areas where they may spend a few hours or a library where they may read the morning paper. The activity and crafts room is always filled with residents working on a hobby or challenging each other to games of cards.

At Blanchard Place, we begin with a thorough health and wellness assessment that helps us become deeply familiar with each resident. Residents are paired with dedicated Resident Care Partners, who learn their preferences and know their needs. In each community, a full-time registered nurse oversees care and is on call around the clock.
