At Brookdale Springdale, our aim is to provide the best living experience to our residents. Our facility is nestled in an intimate setting, with beautifully manicured grounds surrounding the living area. Our family room has a cozy fireplace and is our resident's first choice of locations for entertaining family and friends for an evening. Available Services
Trained staff are available 24/7 to aid our residents with whatever they may need. Assistance with showering and bathing can be arranged, as well as clothing choice and dressing assistance for our residents who might need extra help.
Our staff can also provide assistance with grooming needs, such as haircuts and shaving, as well as hygiene. Should a resident request it, we can also provide dining assistance at all meals.

My father is at Brookdale Springdale. I don't think he is pleased with being there, but the director and the sales person were very helpful in calling before we moved him in there. He has a private studio room and the place is pretty clean and kept up. I'm not certain what type of diet he is on, but he is not as hungry as he used to be.

My husband will be moving into Brookdale Springdale tomorrow. I was going by price, and I don't know yet if I got a good price or not after I wrote the check. It's a smaller place, which I like, because I thought maybe the care would be a lot better there instead of at a larger place. He really needs skilled nursing, but I can't afford it. I went out there on Saturday, and you still can't get into a whole lot of the place because of COVID. The facility looked nice, too. We just got a studio for him, but that's all I can afford at this point. The director met us, and he was very nice and very accommodating. The salesperson was Debra, and she's nice also.

Brookdale Springdale's rooms were too small, and all the kitchens were little kitchenettes. They only have efficiency rooms; they didn't have any one-bedrooms. The staff member who assisted me was very nice. To me, it smelled too hospital-like because their assisted living was right next door.
